Order Handling:

We will ship the products in timely manner once full payment is sent for each order and we will contact you immediately if there are any stock issues like shortage of sizes and colors, delays due to shipping couriers or holiday seasons, etc

Shipping and Tracking:

We will send you tracking number once products are mailed out so that you can trace the shipping status anytime conveniently. And we will watch the tracking for you too so that we can notify you if there is anything abnormal during the transportation.

About Parcel Packing:

We will pack each product skillfully and professionally to ensure people won’t know what is inside each parcel and all parcels will be transmitted and delivered to you safely. Please refuse to sign the parcels if the outside packing is broken. Once tracking shows parcels delivered successfully, we will not accept claims like items inside parcels lost or you get empty parcels.

About Customs Tax:

All products will be mailed from mainland China. We could declare the value of each parcel as low as possible to avoid import tax charged by local customs of destination countries. But the detailed tax standards may vary for each different country. Please consult your local government for detailed tax policy of importing goods from China. If there is tax generated eventually, you will have to pay for it. We will not be responsible for any potential loss if you refuse to pay tax at your end.

Special Notice: Low value declaration of products on shipping paper does not display the actual amount you have paid for products nor show the real price of productions in actual market.

About Returns and Refund:

Due to the unique nature of all products on our site, we won’t accept returns nor provide refunds unless there are real quality issues of products themselves. Please understand!
